Oklahoma Baptist's three wins against the preseason Top 25 moved the
Lady Bison into the No. 22 slot in the first regular season poll
released Tuesday.
OBU, with wins over Morningside (now No. 25), Lewis-Clark State (now No. 11) and Madonna (now No. 28), moved up from the ranks of schools merely getting votes.
With a 4-4 record, the Lady Bison scored 201 points in the poll. OBU gets more tests this weekend in its trip to the Hastings College Tournament, when they play No. 5 Northwestern Iowa and No. 17 Doane.
