Oklahoma Baptist freshman Kristin Pressley has been named Sooner Athletic Conference Volleyball Player of the Week, leading the list of weekly winners for Sept. 20-26.

Pressley's teammates Sabra Clark and Cami Weimer were Setter and Libero of the Week, respectively, while Southern Nazarene's Morgan Loewen was named Hitter of the Week.

Pressley, an outside hitter from Mansfield, Ohio, averaged 3.75 kills and 6.08 digs in wins over St. Gregory's, No. 13 Lubbock Christian and Wayland Baptist, the latter two matches coming on the road. Pressley set a school record with 50 digs in the win over WBU. That mark also is a SAC record and has not been reached in the NAIA since 2008. Only 15 other NAIA players have reached 50 digs in a match. Pressley also had four assists, an ace, a solo block and two block assists on the week.

Clark, a sophomore from Andover, Kan., averaged 10.58 assists and had 10 kills, 17 digs an ace, eight block assists and a solo block in the three SAC wins.

Weimer, a junior from Fort Morgan, Colo., averaged 5.33 digs and carried a .913 reception percentage for the week.
