Samantha Smith had 19 points, three blocked shots and 10 rebounds before fouling out in the extra period, while Bridget Reynolds and Gabby Mattox added 17 each. Reynolds led the Lady Bison with four steals.
Diamond Austin added 12 points off the bench.
Stephanie Madden led the Lady Lions with 23 points and 13 rebounds, while Ashlea Gray added 20 points.
Now 1-1, the Lady Bison host No. 24 Evangel in the Homecoming Game at 1:30 p.m., Saturday.
