had two dunks and six points in a 10-0 run early in the second half to give OBU a 74-41 lead and Echols went for six points in a 13-0 run that put the Bison ahead 87-46 with 10:27 left in the game.
OBU rattled off a 20-0 run with seven Bison contributing points to put the Bison ahead 111-50 with 5:24 left in the game.
The lead peaked at 65 points on a lay-up by Wilson for a 117-52 advantage with 4:12 left in the game.
Six Bison hit double figures in scoring.
Swinton led the Bison with 25 points, followed by Wilson with 21, Echols with 19, McKay with 14, Tim Bowman
with 13 and Maurice Foster
with 10. Foster led with nine rebounds as OBU dominated the boards 47-23.Jacobi Isham
had eight assists with Foster adding seven, while Foster and McKay came up with four steals each.
OBU shot 67.6 percent from the field and 54.5 percent from three-point range.
Bobby Hughes led the Patriots with 18 points.
Now 8-2, the Bison will complete the 2010 portion of the schedule Dec. 29 at home against Dallas Christian. Tip-off is at 3 p.m.
