Oklahoma Baptist held off a late charge by Southern Nazarene for a 5-4 win over the third-ranked Crimson Storm in Bethany Tuesday.

The match was marred by eight cards, including three and an OBU red, within a minute of each other in the second half.
 
The win gives OBU a 10-game unbeaten streak dating back to Sept.12.
 
The Bison took the early lead on a Caio Martinelle goal just 3:27 into the match.Mike Bray tied it for SNU in the 22nd minute.
 
Taizo Kasuya scored on a penalty kick 12 minutes before halftime for a 2-1 lead at intermission.
 
Eduardo Acedo scored with an assist from Sullivan Silva six minutes into the second half and Craig Stead added a goal less than three minutes later for a 4-1 lead.
 
Damian Gunaratne scored for the Storm to make it 4-2.
 
SNU'sMatt Wilkowske was assessed a yellow card at the 70:23 mark of the game, followed by a red on Felipe Souza 20 seconds later and another yellow by Gunaratne 24 seconds after that. The Bison played down a man for the final 20 minutes.
 
Eric Ouedraogo pulled the Crimson Storm to within 4-3 in the 76th minute, but the Bison answered with a goal from Silva  86 seconds later. The short-handed OBU goal proved to be important as SNU was awarded a penalty kick, converted by Nathan Shugart, with 5:58 remaining.
 
OBU assaulted reigning Sooner Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week Kenton Farris for five scores on 12 shots on goal.
 
Jacob Hibbard accounted for 10 saves for the Bison. Now 11-2-1 overall and 4-0-1 in the SAC, the Bison host Rogers State Saturday.
