Oklahoma Baptist outfielder Anthony Lopez and Wayland Baptist pitcher
Marcus Limon have been named Sooner Athletic Conference Baseball Player
and Pitcher of the Week for March 28-April 3.
Lopez, a senior from San Diego, Calif., batted .429 with three home runs and 10 RBI for the week, slugging 1.071 in three games against top-ranked Oklahoma City. He had two home runs after two were out in the ninth, driving in OBU's last seven runs with a ninth-inning grand slam and a three-run home run in the top of the 11th.
