Allie Brandenburg and Lillian Prince had 15 points each with Brandenburg hitting five of eight three-point tries while Prince was seven for 10 inside the arch. The rest of the Lady Bison shot just 26 percent from the field.
LCU's Kelsey Canavan worked the Lady Bison over for 26 points and 10 rebounds, dominating inside.
There were six ties and six lead changes in the first half with the Lady Chaps holding a 31-29 edge at intermission.
After a pair of ties and four lead changes early in the second half, LCU dashed off a 9-0 run to take a 46-38 lead with 12:11 left and never trailed again. The lead peaked at 15 points.
The Lady Chaps committed just 10 fouls for the game, allowing LCU a 15-4 lead at the free throw line.
Now 14-14 on the season and 10-10 in the Sooner Athletic Conference, the Lady Bison play their final home game of the season Thursday at 6 p.m. against Mid-America Christian University.
