Oklahoma Baptist center fielder Ashley Clifton is Sooner Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week for April 9-16.

Clifton, a senior from Joshua, Texas, batted .500 (7-14) with three doubles, a home run and six RBI in a sweep of Mid-America Christian and split with No. 17 Southern Nazarene. She also scored four times and had a .929 slugging percentage.
