Blanchard High School All-State senior Courtney Robinson signed with Oklahoma Baptist University women's basketball.

"We were very impressed with how Courtney played as a senior and we're very excited to have her," McCullough said at the signing ceremony held in the BHS gym. "We really liked how intelligent she was as a player- she has a great presence on the floor and brings a lot of qualities that will make her a good college player. She understands how a team works."

Robinson averaged 10 points per game and 5.5 assists for a Lady Lion squad that went 23-4 in 2012 and advanced to Area Playoffs. She was 43-10 in two seasons as the Lady Lions' starting point guard. The talented Blanchard senior was named All-Region and All-Conference in addition to her All-State honors in 2012. Courtney was also an Academic All-State and All-Conference pick following the season.

"She knows how to run the point guard position and knows how to get the ball to the shooters," Lady Bison assistant coach Casi Bays added. "She also uses her size well and those are some things you don't usually see in high school players."
