Oklahoma Baptist women's basketball has signed Seminole
State sophomore Jalissa Council for the 2012-13 season.
Council, a 6-2 post, averaged 11 points and seven rebounds at SSC last season, earning All-Conference honors.
Originally, from Weleetka, where she was an alternate on the Oklahoma Girls Basketball Association Small East All-Star Team.
