The Bison will have to hope for a long-shot at-large berth for the NAIA Tournament.
After a strong start among the top three early in the first round, the Bison bounced between fourth and sixth for most of the day on Monday.
Tuesday's third round was the worst for almost every Bison.
After shooting 296 and 288 on the first two rounds Monday, the Bison sank to 307 in the final round.
Ethan Fine tied for 14th at 220, shooting 72, 73 and 75 to lead OBU. Chase Lindsey tied for the best second round score at 68, but sandwiched that with a 75 and a 78 to finish 16th at 221.
Todd Balkin shot 73, 72 and 70 to finish 25th at 225. Nathan Chambers was 30th at 227, shooting 76, 75 and 76. Graham Billeg shot 87, 79 and 78 for a three-round 244 and 43rd place.
Oklahoma City ran away with the team title, as did OCU's Clark Collier for the individual win.
