Skyline Junior College first baseman Matt Page has signed with Oklahoma Baptist for the 2012-13 baseball season.

Page led Skyline with three home runs and 23 RBI, while batting .287.

"Matt is a big, physical left-handed hitter with middle-of-the-order potential. He'll be a great addition to our program," said OBU Associate Head Coach Chris Klimas.

Page played high school baseball at Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo, Calif., where he hit over .400 and helped Coach Pete Jensen's team to CCS and WCAL titles.

"I chose OBU to get a good education and further my baseball career," Page said.

He is the son of Laurie Page and Brent Page.
