McLoud High School catcher Kasey Maddox has signed to play softball at Oklahoma Baptist University for the 2012-13 season.
Maddox was a three-year All-Conference selection for Coaches Leila Kaseca and Race Swann at MHS, where she also earned the Redskin Award, Defensive Player and Offensive Player awards.
She also played for Nemesis, under Coach Steve Hall, in summer ball.
The daughter of David and Judy Maddox, Kasey also was the recipient of the English I and AP US History Awards. She plans to major in physical therapy at OBU.
"I have always wanted to attend OBU," Maddox said.
