Former Shawnee High School track and football standout Jordan Robbins has signed to play football at Oklahoma Baptist University.

 

Robbins, who was a two-time All-State selection in the 800 meters in track at SHS, is a 5-10 wide receiver. He was a starter for Coach Billy Brown's football team at Shawnee.


 

He is coming to OBU from Langston University.

 

The son of Kimberly Robbins and Andrae Tramble, Jordan is majoring in broadcast journalism.

 

He said he selected OBU "to play football and to further my education."
