Oklahoma Baptist placed sixth in the men's race at the Tulsa University Hurricane Cross Country Festival Saturday.

Oklahoma State won the meet with 32 points, followed by Tulsa (86), Texas (91), Oral Roberts (97), Oklahoma (106) and Oklahoma Baptist with 120. There were eight teams in the field.

Craig Donnelly paced the Bison in the four-mile race in 14th place at 21:06, followed by Nathan Ellis in 20th at 21:10. Nick Blackwell was 27th in 21:41, Louie Cook was 29th in 21:43, and Caleb Clark took 30th in 21.48.

Michael Ivison was 31st in 21:49 and Brandon Dickinson was 33rd in 21:56.

Also for the Bison, Jordan Sinclair was 36th at 22:03, Trevor Martin was 40th at 22:21; Justin Stroup was 42nd at 22:56, Ben Moore was 43rd at 23:30, Kyle Craddock was 44th at 23:38, Ryan Brooks was 47th at 23:59; Nick Hermes was 49th at 24:27 and Ryan Smith was 53rd in 25:58.

The Bison next compete in the Missouri Southern Stampede Sept. 19.
