Oklahoma Baptist University volleyball players Tamy Leipelt and Brittany Palmer were honored by the NAIA.

Leipelt, a senior outside hitter from Porte Alegre, Brazil, was named All-America honorable mention. She led the SAC with 3.9 kills per game. Leipelt becomes OBU's first volleyball All-America honorable mention. She was a first-team All-Conference pick.

Palmer, a senior setter/libero from Colorado Springs, Colo., was named NAIA All-America Scholar Athlete. The honor requires a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and junior or higher class standing. Palmer is a pre-physical therapy major.
