Shawnee tennis instructor Sue Dick was named women's tennis coach at Oklahoma Baptist University in 2001 and added the men's program to her duties officially in 2002.

She is the all-time leader in coaching wins for Lady Bison tennis and is fourth in men's tennis. Her 85 OBU coaching victories rank her in the school's top 20 in all sports and her 41 Lady Bison triumphs have her in the OBU women's sports top 10.

Dick received a bachelor's degree in communications from Oakland University in 1986 and has been certified by the United States Professional Tennis Association since 1985. She played throughout Europe on the Pro Tour in 1985.

In 1989 Dick began Sue's Tennis Academy in Shawnee and later in Spencer, Iowa. She also was owner of Westside Racquet Club in Spencer and was adult program director at Beverly Hills (Mich.) Health and Racquet Club from 1980-86.
