Nursing major

Fowler played at Liberty Academy in high school where she was a six-time OCSAA state champion and made OCSAA All-State four times. She was also a four-time Little All City Honorable mention. Charity is the daughter of Billy and Teresa Fowler and her mother (Teresa Fowler) was her high school coach. Fowler was recruited by Southern Nazarene University, Colorado University and Wisconsin-Green Bay but chose to come to OBU because "it is a school filled with friendly people and it offers a good education." Since being at OBU, Fowler has won the Tracy Bowers Award.
