Carly was named OBU Freshman of the Year last season after starting all 19 games. She played under Coach John Walsh at Millard North High School, earning one state title and playing for two more. She is the daughter of Steven and Rhonda Sell. Her sister, Erin, brother, Nate, and her father were also college athletes. Carly selected OBU because of "nursing, soccer and smaller school experiences. God opened the door for OBU and close the rest of them."
