Cassidi, a Dean's Honor Roll and President's List member, as well as a two-time Pitcher of the Week, returns to OBU for her second year. The daughter of Glenn and Tracy Henderson, Cassidi attended Edgewood High School and played for Coach Gina Bundy. She was three-time All-State, three-time high school MVP, two-year Pitcher of the Year, District MVP, and Academic All-State. Recruited by Tennessee Tech, the University of Texas at Arlington, Southern Arkansas, and Northwestern State, Cassidi chose OBU "because of its academic state and national standings as well as the Christian foundation it provides. The girls on the team also had an influence on my decision. I love these girls and their lively attitudes!"
