Corey joins the Bison for his first season from Indian River State College where he was a Top 10% Student Athlete and received the All-State Sportsmanship Award. Coached by Sandy Martin at Providence High School, Corey was named the MVP and was the 2008 State Champion. The son of Craig and Sandy Day, Corey was also recruited by NOVA, Florida Southern, and UNCW, but chose OBU because of the "great education, coaching, and facilities."
