Oklahoma Baptist saw its season extended with a 10-inning win over South Carolina-Beaufort that ended early Saturday morning, 3-2, in the NAIA Opening Round tournament in Hattiesburg, Miss.
Eric Fredrick (7-2) pitched all 10 innings, striking out eight and preserving the Bison bullpen in the process.
Oklahoma Baptist sends its baseball team to Hattiesburg, Miss., for the NAIA Opening Round Baseball Tournament Thursday through Monday.
The Bison will be joined by host William Carey, Northwood (Texas), Central Methodist and South Carolina-Beaufort.
Page leads the NAIA with 81 RBI and is second nationally with 17 home runs. The junior first baseman from Redwood City, Calif., also leads the Bison with a .396 batting average.
